The Ascension Definitives, overprinted on the stamps of St Helena,
depict Government House and The Wharf in St Helena and
these designs were first used for the KEVII set of six issued in May 1903

Government House is the vignette for the ½d, 2d & 1s values
The Wharf features on the 1d, 8d & 2s

these designs were also used for the KGV set of seven issued in 1912 - In 1913 three values, 1½d, 3d & 3s were added to the set
In 1922 the 1d, 1½d and 3d were reprinted in mono-colours

The nine St Helena values overprinted ASCENSION included the three
1922 mono-colours plus six bi-coloured stamps as illustrated
